RCR Outaouais is a business that offers CPR and first aid training in the Outaouais and Ottawa region. To ensure high quality CPR and first aid training, all our instructors are healthcare professionals (paramedics, nurses, etc.).
Also, our instructors are all certified with the Heart and Stroke foundation.
Due to the nature of our work, we are constantly exposed to emergency situations where we regularly use the techniques we teach.
Who better to teach how to save a life than those who do it for a living!
Jeremie Baril, the owner of RCR Outaouais, has worked as a paramedic since 2015, and a CPR and first aid instructor for the heart and stroke foundation since 2013.
In January 2023, Jeremie created RCR Outaouais with the main intention: teach life-saving skills to as many people as possible.
