For the location of the training, we can come to your establishment, your home or we can provide a classroom in Gatineau

Please be aware that a minimum of 6 participants is required to give a course. If ever you are alone and need a course, you can still register and when we get enough participants, we'll create a group. Another option is that we can add you to one of our groups.

Conference service

RCR Outaouais also offers conferences in schools, businesses, municipalities, groups, etc. The length of the conference will depend on your needs.

Multiple subjects can be discussed:

How to recognize a cardiac arrest and act in consequence
How to do CPR and use an AED (automatic external defibrillator)
General first aid knowledge (at work, in the woods, at home, etc.)
Recognize an opioid overdose and how to use Nalaxone (Narcan)

Adult CPR, use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED) and chocking (about 1h30)

In-house training adapted to your needs. Please note that in some cases official certification is not possible.
